  • How do I return or exchange?

    Please e-mail info@decoletthelabel.com with your order number and reason for return.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether it is approved or rejected for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • How long to return or exchange?

    Due to health regulations, all domestic returns and exchanges must be brand new and unworn with the liner and tags still attached. All items are returnable / exchangable within our 10 day return window (starting from the day the package was received), unless it is marked Final Sale. All accessories must have all original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • The items I want are sold out. How do I know when something will come back in stock?

    Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of restocked items, promotions, events, and discounts.

  • How do I care for my bikini?

    We recommend dry cleaning or washing our pieces in cold water. Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap after each use. Lay out flat to dry in a shaded area. Do not lay out to dry in the sun! Do not wring out. Avoid high chlorine pools when possible. If being used in water where chlorine levels are high, wash immediately. Do not bleach.
